The Graduate School of Education offers a Master of Arts in Education wherein elective courses are offered in convenient formats to meet the needs of busy professionals. Viterbo attempts to bring classes to their communities in time frames that meet the demands of busy schedules.

This workshop will provide the teacher with an exciting opportunity to create different forms of video to use in their classroom.  The teacher will receive hands-on experience with video recording, editing and exporting. Time lapse photography will also be explored.  The teacher will also have the opportunity to upload their video files to the Internet or a personal media device (ie Ipod,  MP4 player or cell phone) and create DVD’s.

Instructor: Bruce Nelson

Bruce is a business education instructor at Oregon High School and has been teaching there for fourteen years. He has taught computer applications in the state of Wisconsin since 1984. Bruce has also served the Oregon School District as a teacher, football coach, baseball coach, event manager, technology itegration specialist, staff development instructor and summer school teacher. He has also been a member of the Site Coucil and Building Effectiveness Team. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also has a Master's degree from Graceland University in Laomi, IA with a focus in Quality Schools. Bruce is an adjunct professor for Cardinal Stritch, Madison Edgewood College and Viterbo College
